Velvet @velvet_capital’s recent update mentioned 160 reliability improvements, including wallet stability, stuck orders, duplicate orders, and PnL accuracy. With the integration of Arbitrum native spot on the 21st, trading paths have become more centralized. I’m now wondering: when I click the confirm button and nothing happens, should I click again, or just wait? I haven’t conducted real-world failure tests, so I won’t draw conclusions. But a reliable trading flow should immediately inform the user that their request has been submitted after the first click; duplicate clicks should be blocked; every order must have a unique ID or transaction hash. After page refreshes, wallet reconnections, or network switches, the original order should still be visible—never leaving users guessing whether the transaction actually occurred. Failure, partial fill, and successful fill should not be distinguished solely by a spinning loader. Users need to see whether funds have moved, where the order is stuck, and whether they should wait, cancel, or resubmit. Speed is just experience; reliability means one action produces one clear outcome. The true value of these 160 fixes isn’t in the number—it’s whether users can still understand what’s happening during edge cases. For VelvetX, the next most critical thing to validate is whether each order has a clear identity, a definitive result, and a well-defined recovery path.
