these are fairly logical rules that everyone tends to forget, because the market has come to believe that you need to chase the hype and build in a hyped sector. for example, building a project with stablecoin payments because that’s so popular right now. but most founders don’t stop to think about what sets them apart from others, or what pain point their product solves for customers.
