This new vault accepts deposits in cUSDC (confidential USDC) and incorporates a batch-based privacy mechanism, offering institutional depositors and privacy-conscious users one of the first DeFi solutions that protects the confidentiality of positions. How the Privacy Mechanism Works Unlike a mixer, funds are not mixed between users. Deposits are grouped into 24-hour batches, and once processed, depositors receive confidential vault shares. External observers can see the total amount of each batch, but individual contributions remain private. All funds are allocated to the same underlying strategy on Morpho Blue (using cbBTC, WBTC, and wstETH), maintaining the same risk parameters as the traditional Prime USDC vault. Incentives and Yield The vault includes a 12-week incentive program beginning June 24, divided into three phases with decreasing intensity: - Launch Pulse (Weeks 1–2) - Mid Pulse (Weeks 3–6) - Late Pulse (Weeks 7–12) A portion of the incentives is distributed daily in proportion to active liquidity providers. After the program ends, the vault will continue generating its native yield, estimated at approximately 4% annualized.
