NEW: @movement_xyz integrates @avantprotocol's savUSD to enable native stablecoin yield. Users can deposit stablecoins into savUSD directly on Movement's M1 network, and receive exposure to diversified onchain yield strategies without requiring active management. The savUSD design is to generate yield through a multi-strategy allocation system that routes capital across a range of onchain yield sources. Allocation is dynamically adjusted to reduce reliance on any single protocol and improve return consistency across different market conditions. To reduce downside risk, Avant also implements a structured loss-absorption mechanism. Losses are first covered by a protocol-controlled reserve, followed by a secondary capital buffer, before impacting user deposits. Taken together, the integration adds a dedicated yield layer to Movement’s financial stack, extending functionality across lending, trading, and payment applications. For neobanks and fintechs building on Movement, savUSD provides a programmable yield-bearing stablecoin that can be embedded into user-facing products. This follows Movement’s recent integrations with @Circle’s USDCx and @KASTxyz, as the network continues expanding its stablecoin issuance and payments infrastructure.
