Over the past few years, I’ve noticed a clear shift. The conversations around Web3 are no longer about speculation. They’re about infrastructure, compliance, and settlement efficiency. In 2026: • BlackRock lists $2B+ in tokenized Treasuries on Uniswap • Major banks are piloting tokenized deposit networks for 24/7 settlement • Tokenized equities have surpassed $1B in onchain issuance • Visa, JPMorgan Chase, State Street, and BNP Paribas are actively expanding tokenization initiatives A few years ago, these same institutions approached blockchain cautiously some skeptically. Today, they’re building, allocating capital, and integrating it into core operations. The shift hasn’t been loud. But it has been structural.
