𝗟𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗗𝗲𝗙𝗶 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝘀 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗱 In decentralized finance, having assets is only part of the equation. How efficiently users can access liquidity against those assets also matters. When borrowing costs fall, users may be able to unlock funds while giving up less value to financing expenses. That is why borrowing efficiency deserves attention across the DeFi ecosystem. 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 Within the USDD sTRX and TRX Vaults, lower stability fees can improve the cost of minting USDD against eligible collateral. For users, this may create more room to manage liquidity, make better use of existing assets, and explore other DeFi opportunities without immediately selling their holdings. The objective is not to borrow as much as possible. It is to make informed decisions about how capital is deployed while keeping borrowing obligations and collateral risks under control. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 Even modest changes in borrowing costs can influence whether a strategy makes financial sense. Lower fees may reduce friction, but users must still consider collateral volatility, liquidation thresholds, changing protocol parameters, and USDD’s peg risks. 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗙𝗶 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 DeFi progress is not measured only by new products. It also comes from improving the economics of existing tools. Initiatives involving the USDD sTRX and TRX Vaults highlight how borrowing conditions can shape capital efficiency, flexibility, and user decision-making across the TRON ecosystem. @USDDecentralize @DeFi_JUST @justinsuntron #TRONEcoStar
