TRON IS SHOWING UP WHERE THE FUTURE OF DIGITAL ASSETS IS BEING SHAPED TRON isn't only building blockchain infrastructure. It's increasingly participating in the conversations around how that infrastructure should operate in the real world. On September 22, TRON DAO joined CoinDesk Policy & Regulation 2026 in Washington, D.C. as a Gold Sponsor, alongside policymakers, regulators, legal experts, compliance leaders and digital-asset industry participants. TRON's network is processing enormous amounts of stablecoin activity while the industry is simultaneously working through questions around regulation, transparency, compliance, market structure and financial crime prevention. That creates an important conversation: How do we scale blockchain adoption while making the ecosystem more transparent and resilient? At the event, TRON participated in discussions around on-chain analytics and public-private collaboration to monitor illicit finance on public blockchains. The panel included representatives from TRON, Chainalysis, the Digital Sovereignty Alliance and Fenwick & West, with TRON's U.S. General Counsel John Hurston serving as moderator. This is particularly relevant because public blockchains have a unique characteristic That transparency can provide data that investigators, compliance teams and other stakeholders can use when identifying suspicious activity. TRON's position, as presented at the event, is that stronger coordination between blockchain networks, exchanges, regulators and law enforcement can make that visibility more useful in practice. 🛡️ T3 FINANCIAL CRIME UNIT TRON, Tether and TRM Labs launched the T3 Financial Crime Unit in 2024 as a public-private initiative focused on identifying and disrupting illicit crypto flows. According to TRON, the initiative has helped freeze more than $450 million in suspected illicit assets across cases involving activities including exchange hacks, narcotics trafficking, terrorist financing and other serious crimes. The initiative operates with law-enforcement cooperation across multiple jurisdictions. The Financial Action Task Force has also cited T3 FCU as an example of public-private collaboration in blockchain financial-crime monitoring, according to TRON's account of the initiative. And this gives the broader TRON story another dimension. The network is scaling. The liquidity is scaling. The developer infrastructure is scaling. And the conversations around transparency and regulation are scaling alongside it. Just look at the broader ecosystem momentum: 💰 $30T+ in total transaction volume has now been settled on TRON. 💵 $94B+ USDT is circulating on the network, according to TRON's September 2026 figures. 🌎 405M+ total accounts and 15B+ transactions have been recorded on TRON. ⚡ Stablecoin settlement, payments and DeFi continue to form major parts of the network's activity. ⚒️ And the developer ecosystem keeps expanding, with integrations such as Privy and OpenZeppelin bringing additional wallet, payment and smart-contract infrastructure to TRON. This is what makes the Washington event significant beyond the sponsorship itself. TRON is increasingly operating at the intersection of blockchain infrastructure, stablecoin settlement, financial applications and regulatory conversations. The next phase of crypto adoption won't be defined only by how much value blockchains can move. It will also involve questions like: Can the infrastructure scale? Can institutions build on it? Can compliance work with it? Can regulators understand it? Can transparency be used effectively? Can billions of people access it? TRON is putting itself into those conversations while continuing to expand the infrastructure underneath them. Moving trillions isn't the finish line. It's the foundation for what comes next. TRON keeps building. TRON keeps expanding. TRON keeps showing up. @justinsuntron, @trondao, #TRONEcostar.
