SunSwap V3 allows LPs to concentrate their TRX/USDT liquidity within a price range they set themselves. When the market price is within the range: ▪️ Capital efficiency increases ▪️ Liquidity is concentrated around active price levels ▪️ Positions earn trading fees ▪️ Traders may access deeper executable liquidity Once the price moves outside the range, the position stops earning fees until the price returns or the LP manually adjusts the range. Therefore, selecting the price range becomes the core strategy. Narrower ranges can enhance capital efficiency but require more active management and are more susceptible to price exiting the range.
