my vision for the Starknet L1. Stripe gave every business an account. this chain gives every business and every agent one. the owner writes the rules into the account itself. who may spend, how much, on what, when it stops. and one proof can settle millions of those payments, so the cost per payment drops the more agents pay. quantum safety and privacy come standard on the next generation of chains. the account is what i'd build the whole chain around.
