Talking about how accretive it is for Strategy to do $STRC buybacks $2 below par is missing the forest for the trees. One of the reasons I've talked so much about wanting to see how serious Strategy is about a more cyclic approach to capital markets is that STRC buybacks would be 10x more efficient when ATM-ing MSTR at $1000 vs $100.
