👀 How I'm playing it: betting on rails, not coins I'm putting my own money where this thesis is, and not by picking a stablecoin. I'm invested in $STBL, the protocol behind "Stablecoin 2.0." @stbl_official isn't a coin trying to win the race; it's the minting engine underneath. $USST, its RWA-backed stablecoin on for example @StellarOrg, runs on STBL infrastructure. $RXUSD on X Layer, backed by tokenized treasuries and Hamilton Lane's private credit fund via Securitize, comes out of the same architecture. And the design is explicitly open: any ecosystem, bank, or protocol can mint its own branded stablecoin on top of it. Many more will. Same playbook as @Visa, one layer down. Visa doesn't issue the dollars; it owns the settlement rails. STBL doesn't bet on one coin; it owns the issuance rails. Coins built on it can come and go, and the protocol collects either way. And it's not just the architecture that rhymes. The team knows the rails business from the inside: it was co-founded by a Tether co-founder, and there's senior ex-Visa payments leadership in the company. These are people who've run money infrastructure at both ends, the world's biggest card network and the world's biggest stablecoin. When they build rails instead of a coin, that tells you something. Also there's links from founder @avtarsehra to VISA 👀 The coins will come and go. The rails are forever. Disclosure: I hold $STBL. This is my personal thesis, not financial advice. DYOR.
