🚨 CEOs ARE SELLING STOCK LIKE THEY KNOW SOMETHING RETAIL DOESN’T. Corporate insiders sold $77.6 billion worth of shares during the first half of 2026. That's the second fastest-selling spree in more than 20 years. At the same time, they bought just $6.9 billion of stock, barely above last year's 7-year low. That's a huge disconnect. Why would executives aggressively sell their own companies while the stock market keeps making new highs? Because no one knows a business better than the people running it. The last time insider selling reached these levels was 2021, just before stocks entered a brutal bear market. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 has already gained 8% this year, AI stocks continue to surge, and valuations remain near historic extremes. Insider selling doesn't predict the exact day the market will peak. But when the people with the most knowledge about their companies are selling at one of the fastest rates in decades, it's a warning that something bad is coming.
