📺 Money Is Rotating Back Into AI... Or Not? Please ❤️like and 🔁share with fellow growth stock investors @dvandenbord notes that yesterday's rally brought welcome relief for AI investors, but one strong day isn't enough to declare the correction over. The market still remains in a short-term pullback. While $SPX reclaimed its 8, 21, and 50-day moving averages and now sits less than 2% below all-time highs, $QQQ continues to lag below its declining 21-day average. Long-term trends, though, remain constructive, with all major indexes still above their 200-day moving averages, meaning the broader bull market remains intact. * So, the biggest story was the sharp rebound in AI stocks. Our Revere AI 100 Index jumped 5.76%, with 88 of its 100 components finishing higher. But the move wasn't uniform. Money rotated out of AI software—one of the sector's strongest areas during the recent selloff—and into many of the more heavily beaten-down AI names. Whether this marks the beginning of renewed leadership or simply a short-covering bounce remains an open question. * $SPX recovery highlights an important distinction between owning indexes and owning concentrated growth portfolios. While many AI stocks suffered steep corrections, diversified index investors experienced far less volatility. That's why maintaining a core position in the S&P 500 alongside selective growth investments can help smooth portfolio performance while allowing investors to focus on high-conviction opportunities. * Breadth also remains encouraging outside of large-cap technology. The Equal Weight S&P 500 $RSP quickly reclaimed its 21-day moving average and never even tested its 50-day average, reinforcing the relative strength that value-oriented stocks have shown throughout this pullback. * There are still reasons for caution. The Nasdaq-100's relative strength remains weak, momentum indicators have yet to fully recover, and Treasury #yields continue to move higher as bond prices make new lows. $TLT $BND Rising yields remain a headwind for higher-growth and smaller-cap stocks $IWM. * Attention today turns to after-hours earnings from $TSLA and $GOOGL. Google's results may have the biggest impact on the broader AI trade, as investors will closely examine its capital expenditure plans for signs that hyperscaler AI spending remains strong. Continued investment would reinforce the long-term AI infrastructure story, while any signs of slowing could weigh on sentiment across semiconductors, data centers, and AI-related stocks. * The key takeaway: AI finally bounced, but one day doesn't make a new trend. The market still needs follow-through before investors can confidently say that money is rotating back into AI rather than simply bouncing after a sharp decline. Watch $GOOGL closely tonight. * Watch this Short video where @dvandenbord breaks it all down in detail 🔽
