Changxin is expected to replicate Muxi’s price movement! Muxi was the IPO with the highest opening gain over the past year. However, Changxin has a much larger market cap and offers more shares to retail investors, so logically, it shouldn’t open too high. Moreover, the entire semiconductor sector is currently in a downtrend, and market sentiment isn’t strong. If it opens at 21, it could potentially drop to 11 or 9 over the next few months—offering a solid medium-term opportunity. I don’t believe there’s enough momentum for a high open, and with its large size, a low open is the ideal entry point. The current opening date is rumored to be the 27th—stay tuned. Some have commented asking why I’m not shorting it. Let me address that: I know where to buy, and buying at the right places has generally been profitable for me. But shorting is risky—if you’re wrong, the consequences are severe. Buying on dips is the difference between missing out and making profits.
