Not optimal, but also nothing strange lately. It’s becoming pretty common, especially during tokenomics where the initial supply wasn’t known until today. (multiplier/vesting pick) Also putting out the listings on the same day is challenging in such a short time period. I expect the new date makes sense with the final day of registration (july 27) so if you don’t register, you give up on your allocation, which will change the initial supply last time. In the end I had something similar with SLX, but it cooked anyway, so good luck to GRVT on launch.
