Many AI + Crypto projects today talk about “agents that think,” but once you bring them on-chain, the practical questions become immediate: Where does the capital come from? How are strategies executed? How are returns settled? Without these foundational layers in place, even the smartest agents remain stuck at the demo stage. What I understand RunePool is doing is unifying liquidity, execution, and on-chain settlement into a single layer, enabling AI Agents to connect directly to capital pools, continuously execute strategies, and transparently settle results on-chain for participants. I find this compelling because it’s not just conceptual—it’s filling the most critical gap in the Agent Economy: the capital execution layer. Even more noteworthy is that @RunePoolBTC has previously announced a $1M Series A round backed by @BlockX_VC, @TitanFdnUSA, and several Web3 investors. While the funding amount isn’t enormous, at this stage I place greater value on clarity of vision and product closure. RunePool has already clearly articulated both sides: developers can onboard agent strategies, and users can provide liquidity to earn on-chain returns. The website highlights metrics like Active Strategies, Integrated Agents, and Executions Completed—evidence that this isn’t just a whitepaper project. For me, the next frontier in the AI Agent space isn’t about who tells the biggest story, but who can truly create a closed loop of capital, strategy, execution, and returns. I’ll be keeping a close eye on RunePool.
