15,000+ sign-ups. Five major races. One important lesson about trust. What caught my attention about @OasisProtocol’s Slovenia cycling campaign isn't just the reach. It's how the experience connected everyday sports fans with blockchain technology without making crypto the main attraction. The challenge attracted 15,310 sign-ups, with 5,801 people making predictions. But the most interesting part came at the end. Instead of asking participants to trust a conventional prize draw, Oasis ran it on Sapphire using a secure enclave. Entries were committed on-chain before the draw, and the result could be independently verified. That's a practical use of privacy-preserving infrastructure: making an outcome verifiable without asking people to rely solely on the organizer's word. For me, that's a more meaningful approach to adoption. People don't necessarily need to understand blockchain before experiencing its benefits. Sometimes, they just need a reason to use an application and a way to verify that it works as promised. The real test of Web3 adoption isn't how many people learn the technology's name. It's whether the technology gives them a reason to trust the experience. That's what I'll be watching as Oasis moves toward its next chapter. $ROSE
