Most blockchains live in a closed loop. They can react to what happens onchain, but the moment real-world data matters, a price feed, a weather report, a shipment status, they need a bridge, an oracle, some middleman to translate the outside world into something the chain understands. Rialo skips that middleman. Contracts can make direct HTTPS calls to external Web2 APIs, no oracle network, no extra hop, no added trust assumption. Here's what that unlocks in practice. A lending protocol can pull live financial data straight from a company's ERP system and check it against agreed covenants, leverage ratio, interest coverage, whatever the terms specify. The moment that data crosses a line, the contract doesn't wait for someone to notice. It fires automatically, sending a breach notice to both lender and borrower in the same transaction. That's the Event Engine at work underneath, contracts that can sleep, wake on a trigger, and act, without a bot polling in the background or a keeper watching the clock. Real-world finance runs on real-world data. Rialo just removed the translation layer standing between the two. @RialoHQ
