👀 I kept seeing people say that $PUMP has no utility. Technically, holders don’t receive revenue directly. There’s no dividend or staking yield. But that doesn’t mean the token isn’t linked to the success of @Pumpfun 🟢 PumpFun uses 50% of its revenue to buy $PUMP from the open market and burn it permanently. And we’re not talking about a platform generating a few million dollars: 🟢 $147.9M in fees over the last 30 days 🟢 $57.4M in protocol revenue over the last 30 days 🟢 $449.82M annualized revenue based on the 90-day average 🟢 Approximately $224.91M per year allocated to buybacks at the current run rate 👀 So far, https://t.co/mt7Sdw9Noc has already used $448.66M to buy back and burn 164.28 BILLION $PUMP. That means 16.428% of the original total supply has already disappeared forever. ⭐️ This is the utility: the more people use https://t.co/mt7Sdw9Noc, the more revenue it generates. The more revenue it generates, the more $PUMP it buys and burns. At the current $1.60B market cap, the annualized buybacks equal roughly 14% of the market cap. No, it isn’t a direct revenue share. But when a highly profitable platform continuously uses half its revenue to buy your token from the market and destroy it, that is some pretty serious value accrual. And that is exactly why I’m paying attention to $PUMP. Will I buy here? I could, but no. I am waiting for it to fall back to zones like $0.0033 or lower. My DCA starts at $0.0033 while I hope we can dip to $0.0017
