I keep seeing comments about $OPEN trading lower than when Kaz took over. It simply doesn't matter right now. The price is a snapshot. The business is the story, and the business has gotten better in nearly every way that counts: → cracked engineers shipping at insane speed → a brand new iOS app just launched → cohort margins at the best in company history → aged inventory crushed → the whole stack getting faster and cleaner And the timeframe is the part people skip over. Kaz has been in the chair for around three quarters. Three quarters, and the company already looks different. Now picture it in 2 to 3 years. So a soft week, a soft month, a price below where he started, none of it moves me. I'm not buying where it is. I'm buying what it becomes. The logic is simple: → homes will always be bought and sold, in every market → build the best end to end experience and people default to you → cut the speed of churn and you carry less risk while moving more volume → at majority market share, macro stops dictating you, because you are the market This is the Netflix moment for real estate, with a twist. Netflix killed Blockbuster. Opendoor doesn't have to kill the agents, it pays them. The integration means the old model still earns, while funneling buyers and sellers straight into Opendoor. Everyone gets paid, and Opendoor sits in the middle of every transaction. That's the path to a scale people still think is crazy. Not this week. But it's coming. The price is noise. The build is everything. Patience and conviction. nfa, long $OPEN 🏠
