Almost every bull market in U.S. stocks has been accompanied by a mid-term correction of 20%-40%. The pattern has remained consistent for years: rally → correction → new highs. In particular, a 20%-40% pullback in high-quality leading stocks presents a more suitable opportunity to gradually build positions. The reason is simple: If a company’s fundamentals remain unchanged, but the decline is driven by: - Profit-taking; - Concerns over valuation; - A broad market decline in risk appetite; then this type of correction is typically a healthy pullback—not a trend reversal. However, if fundamentals begin to deteriorate, simple bottom-fishing is not advisable. If future signs emerge such as: - The four major cloud providers cutting CapEx for multiple consecutive quarters; - GPU orders being canceled; - HBM inventory piling up; - Large-scale idle data centers; then the underlying thesis for AI development may have shifted. Currently, there is no evidence of these developments. On the contrary, AI infrastructure investment is expected to remain at high levels over the coming years. Therefore, this is a compelling opportunity to confidently accumulate.
