$433.5 million is impressive, but who is repeatedly buying cards matters more. Collector Crypt’s new quarterly research is worth examining in terms of both scale and quality. ① The Pine Analytics report released on October 12 estimated that Collector Crypt’s Q3 sales reached approximately $433.5 million, with a gross profit of about $25.4 million. Sales include package purchases and cannot be directly equated to the platform’s net revenue or net profit. ② More noteworthy is the concentration: the report states that 548 wallets spending at least $100,000 during the quarter accounted for approximately 83% of total sales. The number of wallets cannot be directly equated to the number of individual consumers. ③ While the quarterly total hit a record high, this does not indicate sustained monthly acceleration. Sales figures for July, August, and September listed in the report declined sequentially, suggesting we must simultaneously monitor repeat purchases by large buyers, new product launches, and retention of average users. ④ These figures are estimates compiled by the research firm based on on-chain data, not audited financial statements. No independent recalculation of all transactions was conducted; specific accounting methodologies and the proportion of large buyers still require independent verification. My own assessment: On-chain physical collectibles have already created a business worthy of study, but I won’t use total sales alone as proof of mass adoption. More compelling evidence would be: how many people continue to trade or withdraw physical items without sustained large-scale incentives? Business growth cannot be directly assumed to translate into corresponding token appreciation. NFA / DYOR @Solana_zh @solana @Collector_Crypt
