I sold all the shares of $Mstr and added to the short puts. This is where you must understand deltas and extrinsic values for this to truly make sense. Our net position delta is about 29.5k share equivalent. So basically we got paid $4.5M for agreeing to buy $20M worth of MSTR at $100 on two different expirations. If MSTR continues to melt up, I can reduce contracts and roll strikes up and collect even more premiums. It’s just a different way to make $ off the same stock.
