Kinda interesting time right now, analyzing memefi coins in two mechanistic camps: 1) coins that don’t reflect value to memecoin holders (ie you don’t get routinely paid/airdropped the right side of the pair, the RWA) 2) coins that do pay the RWA (there are a few examples In a vacuum, you’d think the latter would go bananas But the wrinkle: the former has community-building memetic missions, and also, avoids having the mechanism block it from getting listed/compliance/tech issues There’s clearly room for both - will be interesting to see which coins in each category cement themselves What do y’all think?
