$LRCU printed record earnings and still dropped 14.8% after hours. I lean long, but not at the open. I'm waiting for price to wash into the summer demand zone where the down wave likely completes, and for the first hour's low to hold. LRCU tracks 2x Lam Research's daily move. It lost about 46% from its 50-day high in a month. Why long: - Wyckoff: record volume into a new low with a mid-range close. A selling-climax candidate. - Elliott: wave 5 reaching its equal-to-wave-1 projection, inside the July-August 12h demand zone. Three of four technical methods point at one shelf. They fail differently, so the overlap matters. Divergence is the strongest read. On the 4h and 1h, price made lower lows while RSI made higher lows and the MACD histogram shrank; on the 1h it turned positive. Selling pressure is fading. Higher timeframes agree only on MACD. I'm wrong if a 4h close gives up the demand zone and the wave-5 target together. Then the climax wasn't the end. A gap below my stop means no trade. Risks: - 2x daily reset means decay, and an earnings gap can skip levels entirely. - Macro and news lean bearish: semis risk-off, long yields heavy. Small size only.
