BREAKING: 🇰🇼 Kuwait declares force majeure on oil shipments because of Strait of Hurmuz closure. Kuwait produces 2.6–2.8M barrels/day (3% of global supply) and most of it depends on Hormuz. Middle East exports have already collapsed 60%+ and multiple producers have cut output or halted shipments. Now Kuwait is formally declaring it cannot meet delivery obligations.
