A loan can have a valid zero-knowledge proof and still be undercollateralized. If the proof uses the wrong KAS price, it can correctly verify a calculation built on bad data. That distinction matters for Kaspa applications using Toccata’s proof-verification features. The network checks the proof. The application still needs a trustworthy source for prices and other outside information. Before trusting “verified on-chain,” ask what was verified and where the inputs came from. $KAS
