KIP-21 merged into rusty-kaspa KIP-21 implementation just got approved and merged. The last major piece before the Toccata feature freeze and TN12 reset. KIP-21 splits Kaspa's sequencing commitment into separate lanes. Every L2, subnet, or zk app gets its own lane tracked in a Sparse Merkle Tree. The payoff, a zk app's proving cost scales with its own activity, not the entire DAG. That's what makes zk on Kaspa practical at scale. This is the component that pushed Toccata mainnet from May to June. It had to be right. Now it is.
