JPM’s Gokul: Based on VR200, 1GW of AI infrastructure costs roughly $40–45B, while frontier labs can generate about $30B in revenue per GW. That $30B figure was only around $10B a year ago. If a cloud company leases 1GW of capacity to an AI model developer, JPM estimates it can generate roughly $17B in revenue per GW.
