IonQ is pushing another step toward practical fault-tolerant quantum computing. $IONQ shares jumped 11% after researchers demonstrated what the company calls the first end-to-end real-time quantum error-correction decoder running on a single off-the-shelf CPU. Separately, IonQ said its Superion 256 will become the first QPU at Nvidia’s $NVDA Accelerated Quantum Research Center.
