Injective has another regulatory milestone in Europe. The MiCA whitepaper for INJ has been filed and is now listed in ESMA’s Interim MiCA Register. That matters because MiCA creates a common regulatory framework for crypto-assets across the EU, so having the required documentation in place can make regulated distribution across European markets more straightforward. For @injective, this is another piece of the infrastructure needed to make INJ more accessible through regulated channels across the region. It’s not the same thing as saying every European market or platform is immediately opening access to INJ. But getting the regulatory groundwork in place is an important step if Injective wants the asset to operate within the increasingly regulated European market.
