🚨 159GB OF @LucidMotors ENGINEERING DATA ALLEGEDLY LEAKED — AND PEOPLE STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY internet-computer:native MATTERS A threat actor claims to have released 159GB of internal Lucid Motors engineering data — allegedly including structural simulations, stress analysis, design revisions and sensitive R&D material. The claims remain UNVERIFIED. But forget the company name for a moment. Look at the bigger problem. The modern world stores some of its most valuable intellectual property inside centralized infrastructure protected by layers of accounts, credentials, servers and trusted intermediaries. Attackers only need to find the weak point. This is exactly why the mission behind @dfinity and internet-computer:native matters. The Internet Computer was designed around a fundamentally different architecture: tamperproof smart-contract software, decentralized compute, replicated state and cryptographic control — reducing dependence on conventional centralized IT infrastructure.
