$FOLKS just cleared the prior swing high and is sitting in open price discovery, roughly 24% above the zone it left behind at 2.226. That is a market that repriced fast. The breakout was impulsive, and impulsive moves tend to leave unfinished business underneath them. The gap between 2.226 and 2.307 is the imbalance printed by that expansion. Price rarely leaves that kind of void untested for long, and 2.226 itself is the old swing high, so it now reads as a support flip candidate. Beneath it sits the tighter bullish origin at 2.106 to 2.125, the base before the expansion. That is where the last real defense was built. I am leaning toward the pullback first. Not because the trend is weak, but because the current price is extended and there is no structure above to lean on. What would change that: a shallow dip that holds above 2.307 and gets bought immediately, which would mean the imbalance is being ignored. What would confirm the deeper retrace: a slow grind down through 2.226 on declining volume, then a reclaim attempt. Levels: Pullback zone: 2.226 to 2.125 Invalidation: 2.106 Watch the reaction at 2.226 first. A clean hold there with buyers stepping in keeps the continuation setup alive. Losing it turns attention to the origin block, and losing 2.106 means the breakout was a liquidity grab. Are you leaning long into this extension or waiting for the retrace?
