FHE is quantum-resistant because the math is. LWE and Ring-LWE have no known quantum speedup. Shor breaks ECDSA and Diffie-Hellman, not these. Anything encrypted and left on-chain for years is exposed to "harvest now, decrypt later" if the primitive is classical. @fhenix's encrypted state does not need a later swap. The resistance is already in the ciphertext.
