Ethereum’s post @QMSNetwork migration is a huge undertaking because so much of its existing infrastructure needs to be considered. QMS took a different starting point by settling two layers with post-quantum security in mind from the beginning. That approach puts quantum resistance at the foundation instead of leaving the entire transition for later.
