Ether ETF flows flipped hard in October: $924.5M out the door between Oct 1 and 16, more than wiping out September's $825.3M of inflows, with redemptions in 11 of 12 sessions. Bitcoin products bled $614.7M over the same stretch but kept most of their $2.65B September intake. That gap is the read: institutional demand for $ETH is being withdrawn while BTC allocations are trimmed at the margin. Flows like this tend to persist once they start, so ETH's relative weakness looks structural until the redemptions actually slow.
