a lot of NFTs have their biggest moment around the mint, then the experience becomes much quieter once they're sitting in a wallet MintABear takes a different approach the mint is only the starting point a Bear can continue developing through different levels, with $MNTD used within that progression so ownership isn't completely static the level of your Bear becomes part of how it participates in the wider ecosystem then there is the secondary market when Bears are traded, royalties can flow through ETH and $MNTD, while the Bear's level affects its participation in that system holding multiple Bears can also add another layer to that participation MINT Status and raffles bring additional mechanics around the same ecosystem what i find more interesting is what all of this does to the role of the NFT the Bear starts as a collectible then progression gives it another layer and the surrounding mechanics give that progression a reason to matter after the mint that changes the way i think about the ownership experience instead of the main question being what you get when you mint, it becomes what your Bear can become over time that's where MintABear feels more like a progression system than a finished NFT and that's the part of @PlayOnMint worth paying attention to as the ecosystem develops
