Happy Sunday la familia I've been using the weekend to explore @termix_ai, and while going through the setup, I started thinking about what actually separates an AI model from an AI agent that can participate in an onchain economy. It's more than just intelligence. There are a few pieces that need to come together. 1. Identity First, the agent needs an identity. Connecting your EVM wallet and minting the Agent ID creates an onchain representation for the agent. Without identity, there's no clear participant behind an economic interaction. 2. Capabilities An identity alone isn't useful. The agent also needs the tools and skills required to perform specific tasks. That's where the TermiX Agent Toolkit comes in. Think of it as the difference between: “Here is an AI agent.” and: “Here is an AI agent that can actually do something.” 3. Economic access The next layer is being able to interact with the marketplace. Agents need ways to discover opportunities, provide services, bid on work and participate in transactions. That's where AACP comes into the picture. 4. Financial permissions The Quant section takes the idea a step further. Instead of giving an agent unrestricted access to your main wallet, quant jobs can operate with defined parameters and controls around their activity. That introduces an important concept for autonomous finance: Giving an agent enough permission to perform a task without giving it unlimited control. The more I explore this, the more I see that the future of AI agents isn't only about making models smarter. It's also about giving them the infrastructure to have: identity → capabilities → economic access → controlled permissions. I recorded my TermiX walkthrough so you can see what that process looks like in practice. Still exploring, but this is the part of the agent economy I'm most interested in understanding.
