A lot of people had big takes on the Argonauts mint price pre-launch. These are the same people who are nowhere to be found at the moment. I saw a lot of critics saying that if someone else had kept the same supply or mint price they would have been fudded to death which I agree with. But one thing people don’t realise is the amount of work and the number of years @lphaCentauriKid has put in to get to where he is right now. You can’t expect people or KOLs to put this much money into a project or project team or an artist whom you barely know. I saw a few people saying ‘Tatsu was 200 supply with a 0.1E mint price which was fudded.’ Yes, I agree. But there are a couple of things you need to consider: the team and artist were new to the space and the sentiment was different back then. Not to mention, where is Tatsu right now? No shade to the team, I minted it and am still holding it. Comparing things is fine but are we really down this bad that we are comparing two NFT collections that aren’t even in the same league? People don’t realise how difficult it is for an artist to make a name for themselves in this space and a living out of it when things have been down for years and years especially when people are losing faith in internet JPEGs. I don’t care how much Ethereum a.c.k raised from the mint but I do know that he deserves every penny of it and more. Nothing but love to everyone who is in it or sidelined. I just hope you all find peace with whatever you do in life. Just remember, a win for one NFT collection is a win for all. It brings more eyes, attention and liquidity to our existing JPEGs. We never know: it could kick-start NFT Bull Run 2.0. Onwards and upwards.
