$ETH / $BTC is flashing one of the strongest bullish signals for Altcoins. 👀 #Ethereum has finally broken out of its long-term falling wedge against #Bitcoin and is now pushing toward the 200 MA. At the same time, the TOTAL Market Cap Excluding BTC has bounced from a major support zone. When ETH outperforms BTC and TOTAL2 starts reversing, that's historically when Altcoins begin to wake up.
