Ethereum MEV bot just accidentally sent 167 $ETH (~$280K-$300K) to a random wallet. Not a hack. Just a software bug. The operator is now begging on-chain for the funds back, offering the receiver a bounty to return most of it. Lesson: bots can lose a fortune in one block. No attacker needed. One bad config, decimal slip, or fee bug and it's gone. On-chain has no undo button.
