The Arbitrum Security Council froze 30,766 #ETH held at an address linked to the KelpDAO attack through emergency intervention. The funds were transferred to an interim frozen wallet as of April 20 at 23:26 ET. The assets are now inaccessible from the original address and can only be moved following further actions by Arbitrum governance.
