Over the past few months, major DeFi protocols—including Drift, Kelp, Aave, Compound, and Euler—have been caught up in a series of incidents. While these appear to be protocol-specific issues, if the community reaches a consensus that DeFi is unsafe, the foundation of Ethereum itself will be severely damaged.
