Prividium is best understood as a "Bank Stack": private where it matters, connected where it counts. Scenario: a bank wants to move tokenized deposits, bond DvP, and internal FX netting onto a shared execution layer, but cannot publish counterparties, balances, or trade instructions on a public chain. It also needs an audit trail that is verifiable on Ethereum and consumable by regulators. Prividium on @zksync is the "Bank Stack" design for that boundary: - The bank deploys a private, permissioned ZKsync Chain inside its own infrastructure or cloud. - Transactions execute privately and the full state stays private (no public addresses, balances, calldata, or inputs). - Ethereum becomes the verification anchor: only state roots and zero-knowledge proofs are published, so correctness is publicly attestable without exposing the private ledger. - Compliance is enforced at the infrastructure layer via role-based permissioning and fine-grained access control, not bolted on at the application layer. - Selective disclosure provides @SECGov or approved auditors access to specific fields needed for review (amounts, timestamps, policy flags) without revealing unrelated client activity or proprietary workflows. - Native interoperability keeps the private network connected to Ethereum and the ZKsync ecosystem without third-party bridges or custodians, enabling controlled interaction with public settlement and liquidity when required. Result: private processing by default, Ethereum-level verifiability by construction, and interoperable settlement paths under explicit governance. Blockchain becomes internal financial infrastructure with a cryptographic proof boundary. @zksync
