Some public blockchains can be paralyzed by "Sybil Attacks," where a hacker forges ten thousand nodes. Dusk's Kadcast network is inherently immune to this. The whitepaper states that message propagation paths are determined by XOR distance, making it impossible for attackers to control their position within the network.
