$DRAM $FOTO very repeated pattern in the stock market now where ETFs are created around a hot theme towards the end of a major move, they trade a ton of volume while they're hot, and then the bust happens and the move is over. Notice how the bust volume in $DRAM well exceeds volume on the way up. When they start creating ETFs to track a hot theme it means the move is getting into later stages.
