$DEGEN just entered the race. Chart looks strong. Volume came in. Price reclaimed the daily 50 EMA. Then ripped through the daily 200 EMA around $0.00125. That is not nothing. That is the market waking up. But would I chase this candle right here? No. And that does not mean I’m bearish. Actually, the opposite. I’ve been saying recently that $DEGEN deserves a serious look as one of the top Base meme contenders. Farcaster roots. Base-native culture. Real community. Product angle. Social/tipping economy. And now the chart is finally speaking. But no token is an island. BTC still looks weak. The broader market is still damaged. ETF flows have been ugly. And if BTC wants to test lower levels again, even strong memes can get dragged back down. So my honest view: $DEGEN looks very strong. But patience is still a virtue. After a move like this, I would rather wait for the chart to cool off, retrace, and show where buyers defend the move. Maybe I’m wrong. Maybe it runs higher and better entries are gone. That’s the risk. But zoom out. This project is still massively discounted from where it once traded, and if it really becomes one of the serious Base meme winners this cycle, the exact entry will matter less than the thesis. Still, I don’t chase green candles like they owe me rent. I want confirmation. I want a better entry. I want BTC to stop bleeding. But make no mistake: $DEGEN is now on the board. And when the bull market gets its legs back… I think this one can run hard.
