CoreWeave $CRWV shares fell -11.9% on Friday to $61.39, extending weekly losses to nearly -25%. The drop came as yields on some of the company’s bonds climbed above 15% and the cost of insuring its five-year debt hit record highs near 1,195 basis points. CoreWeave carries roughly $50–52 billion in debt and lease obligations used to fund its AI data-center expansion. Investors are repricing heavily leveraged AI infrastructure names as borrowing costs remain elevated. Debt is becoming the binding constraint on the AI trade.
