Citadel Securities has invested $400 million in Crypto.com, valuing the company at $20 billion and acquiring approximately 2% equity. This is Crypto.com’s first institutional funding round in its 10-year history. The new capital will be used to expand into tokenized securities, derivatives, prediction markets, and real-world assets (RWA).
