$CRCL broke out of a three-week box on about double the usual volume. I'm long, not chasing. I'm waiting for the first pullback into the old box ceiling to hold as a floor. The breakout is the setup, not the entry. Context: it swept the range lows on Oct 15, then reversed. The 4h now prints higher highs and higher lows. Why that pullback zone: - The breakout candle left a price gap whose lower edge sits on the old ceiling. - A 38.2% retracement of the latest leg and the 1h short-term average land in the same spot. - The 4h moving averages cluster just below as a second floor. Divergence is the strongest of the four technical reads. Into the Oct 15 low, price made a lower low on the daily, 12h and 4h, while RSI made higher lows on all three. Three timeframes agreeing beats one signal. The 15m bearish divergence near the high reads as the path back down to my zone, not a top. Where I'm wrong: a break below the breakout origin and the 4h average cluster makes this a failed breakout. Risks: the Fed decides on Oct 28. Higher rates help Circle's interest income, hurt sentiment. Price is also still below its one-year average, so this may be a bounce in a downtrend.
